A historic oasis

Honolulu Zoo

You can walk from a hotel of Waikiki. There are animals such as a lion, a cheetah, a giraffe are kept loose on the very large site where the popular African savanna imitated savanna. With "the elephant encounter" performed twice a day, the keeper of the elephant explains the habits of the elephant. You cannot overlook "children zoo" or the wild bird garden which can come in contact with animals else which the birds that it is unusual such as Hawaiian state bird, Nene are seen in.
